The question is should the review really be based on the service of the escort rather than the location, given that escorts can't always control where they end up?

Apartment location and quality are important aspects of the overall experience for me. Clearly this is only a minor aspect of the overall experience but it can take away or add to the experience for me.

There were two well known ladies on this site (who have since departed these shores) - who had a classy apartment with a spiral staircase. When I first visited one of the ladies there - the experience was akin to being in a first class cabin of an airline flight (except usually flight attendants don't supply complimentary blow jobs and relentless shagging as part of the in flight service.)

There was another lovely lady (who has again left these shores) and who was number 2 on the review league tables for ages, who had a room with full length glass windows overlooking a canal/river. Again I pretty much felt like a King - mainly because of her ministrations but the surroundings certainly added to that delusion.

So in response to Sam's point, I think it would be a bit harsh if a reviewer based his "overall satisfaction" score primarily on the escort's incall location. However, it is the client who is best suited to comment on his own satisfaction level, and it is his right to review as he sees fit. I don't agree that a girl can't choose her location. The most established escorts that I've seen, always have good locations and apartments (even the touring ones).

But when the blame can solely be left at the foot of the lady then a negative or neutral should be left.
I’m with Alec and Anon on this. I too will raise an eyebrow on a reviewer that has 99% positive reviews. Some guys have the “ah sher god love us” attitude and will always review positively. I rely on my peers to review accurately, as I try to. There are ways of reviewing negatively without damaging a girl, and this takes practise to get right over time. I am now very conscious of the “just not MY cup of tea” scenario. But if a girl is unsatisfactory, or unsatisfactorily advertised, she gets a bad review.

Location or toiletries have never influenced my reviews.
