Unverified Photos- Unacceptable !

I really don't see what difference it makes.
I mean if I see an unverified Red X then I'm immediately back peddling out of the profile. So it makes no difference to me if they put pictures of Sports Cars there ! Or Cake ! Or Beer ,well that depends on the brand !

If I'm browsing profiles I usually hit the show me only verified pictures and allow reviews button.

i use the dublin escort map and the problem there is when i pick a location in dublin it brings up pics of both verified and non verified escorts and then i have to troll trough the profiles to find out if they are verified or not.
if the non verified had no pics on their profiles it would make things a lot simpler.

But then again, we have many escorts submitting photos and arguing the toss that it is them, not willing to send a verification picture, and we can't actually make them do it. This is why we have the tick/cross system.

Sam, can I ask please why Ad Staff arent running profile pictures through Tineye or similar application? It is free, after all.

Nobody can force an escort to verify pictures. Escort directory not Escort police.
Not everyone wants to send verification so why should they have to?

Big Red cross? Don't visit. Bloody simple.

I do think if fake pictures are found and a link provided the advert should be pulled. This will do more to deter fakes.
And I also believe that even though one opts out of reviews pictures should still be able to be verified.

I think the problem is more that many profiles are verified Amber, until they receive a fake photo report. Many sites have a verification process, and the penalties are quite severe.

i can remember when the rule about no reviews no verification came in it was before there was a report fake pic's option and the reason that they could not have verified pic's without allowing reviews was that the review was the only way to let people know that the pics were fake.
if they brought a new rule in like what i have been saying that no verification pics then no pics at all they might still be able to opt out of the reviews and keep their verification and if they were verified and found to be using fake pics then all pics removed trough the report a fake pic button as is done now anyway.

Good points Dave but the issue isn't with the red X it's with the profiles with 'Verified' photos that turn out not to be the Lady who's profile they are on. If a Lady does not want to put her photos on the site then the profile should say the photos are only a likeness NOT the lady described in the profile. If photos are fake, pull the whole profile NOT take the fakes off while we wait for the next bunch of fake photos to be attached to it.

I think that's a good example of fakes getting through the verification system. Maybe the system needs a little tightening up.
Would the introduction of verification Moderators, something similar to Reviews Moderators be a good idea, spread the load so to speak ?
