Moving a bed to Spain

Hi guys,

I have a brand new double Divan bed that I bought and I want to move it now to my home in Spain. I like this bed a lot and it will be perfect for my spare room. Does anybody know a good and not expensive transport service to move my bed for me to Spain? Anybody with a moving company? How much roughly will it cost me? The bed is in two pieces and it is very light weight.

Depending on where in Spain have a look on Gumtree. Instead of renting your own van you can find men with vans that make weekly trips over anyway. Mainly to the bigger cities but I reckon for a little extra even to smaller towns. I moved my four poster to Paris this way and got a very good rate but this was from London.

The cheapest way would be to find a frieght company that is doing Spanish deliveries or vice versa, often they will have empty trucks going either way and might be cheaper than a courier company. Failing that, I might offer to drive it myself for the right reward, LOL
