Any one else been having problems with Vodafone broadband today ? Its been doing my head in all day :confused

Cant get through to the helplines either

Vodafone suck. All they want is the €€€€'s and don't care about you after they have your money. Used to have their broadband and was with them as well for my phone. The number of times I had problems with each was ridiculous, and the attitude of the customer care team as well as those who worked in the outlets in town was even more shocking.

I don't have Vodafone broadband but Im having problems with my Vodafone mobile, the text messages are a mess Doesn't work I have to send 10 times the same message .... :-(

Not sure if you are on mobile connect.
I've noticed that gprs no longer seems to work on Vodafone mobile connect. I seem to need 3G or HSDPA to connect.

I was warned not to use Vodaphone before I visited Ireland. I used O2 instead on the Isle and in the UK. When I came to the US in April I dropped AT&T (who I had before I left) which is the worst carrier and went with T-Mobile.

Good luck, darling, I know this kind of situation can be frustrating.

Looks like satelite is the only option you haven't tried, LOL. Good advice though.

O2 reception has been shite ever since I changed to it from Meteor. Meteor is the best of the 3 imho.
