Ok I know I am going to sound like I don't have a sense of humour, and I have been caught in Alecs fly trap, but laughing it off and saying he always does that, doesn't really excuse the offensive nature. I am all for controversy and indeed have started many a heated debate in my time, but not around issues that are deeply personal and traumatic. Alec's flytraps show a distinct lack of civility and aren't actually very funny.... lets be honest if he was to start a similar thread about disabled people would we all laugh and say ah there's Alec winding people up again. I hope not.
