    Default Negative Equity etc

Took out too large a loan ? Cant afford to pay for what you have ?

    Its your own bloody fault

quit blaming the government, you voted for them didnt ya. You should not get involved in things you dont understand ie Economics

I'm totally fed up of people complaining and its their own fault for being ignorant and greedy in the first place.

I have to say I do feel guilty to an extent, I've had 1 or 2 that came to me asking for a favour, would I sign a pay cert for more than what they actually earned, I did and one of them is now in serious dificulty and I let the other go, I know he's still unemployed.

Grossly unfair and stupid comment to make. No one supposes to be an economist when looking for a loan to by a home. No one should be deemed greedy when the price level of said home is out of their control. But on the other hand the government or the bankers do have economists at their disposal but still allowed the situation develop. The bankers and the builders are the ones showing greed encouraging property prices to escalate so as that profits may do likewise.

So gave a rethink Horan and get back to us..... Lol.

Considering the banks are increasing their interest rates above the ecb recommended rates and at more frequent interest rates its not the consumers fault.
