Devils advocate: A person under-going a complete sex reassignment surgery should probably be allowed identify soley as a female escort. Thats the whole point of the "Trans" part is it not. A transition from a person born a man but very androgenous and identifying exclusively as a female and then over time making that transition. Have they not earned the right to identify exclusively as female?

It's a tough one, I get what you are saying. Maybe use the Trans part, as 'Transformed'.
