    a sincere thank you to everyone for their kind words yesterday,i was in a bit of a mess but am feeling better now,and for the guys n gals who pm me i thank you for giving up your time to do so.

    Good to know you have mates on here, and glad to hear you are not such a mess, we all get there some days, some of us aren't able to put it into words as well as you did Dave, a brave thing to do too.
