    It really depends on what you intend to use it for. I have both and I use each for different things. For work or serious computer usage I use the pc, cant beat a good keyboard and mouse. But if I am sitting watching the telly I use the pad. Its more compact and easier if you just want to breeze through the internet. But IMHO an Ipad will never replace a pc/notebook. It really is a toy in comaparison and is strictly geared towards entertainment rather than business....

    By the way, you can get over the flash problem by downloading a patch... I think Dave1Dave has the sus on this...

    You would have to define "office work", if it is only for emails and here then the Ipad is a pleasure...
