It is illegal to solicit for sexual services and illegal to kerb crawl. It isnt illegal at present to purchase sex from a consenting party in privacy.

thanks Lucy, this makes total sense, so basically, using escort services is totally legal then.

Erm yes. Although better to just call it time and companionship There is a campaign at present to criminalize the purchase of sex, there is also a campaign trying to stop the bill going through. Here are the details

I am not sure if it is illegal for the client Eugen. It is definitely not great for the escort, but I don't think the client could be arrested. He would be a witness though.

I always thought it better to see an individual girl, or independent, for that very reason.
So, if that's the case, its fine to see girls that share an apt.

I was found in an apt several years ago where a couple of girls worked.

There was a thread about this recently. Girls in shared apartments are at more risk of a raid, but as far as I know the client at present could only be called to be a witness. Unless, as in the UK, if they can prove the girl was trafficked or underage, then you are in serious trouble.
