I wonder would there be an argument that the man found the undercover Garda so tempting that he couldn't resist her, and if she wasn't there posing as a hooker that he wouldn't have done anything?

Probably a difficult one to prove, but if the client had a recognised addiction might just get away with it.

as been said already the article is only about the Garda operation to stamp out street prostitution and kerb crawling. The only problem about this is that people that know nothing about escorting will easily mistake street walkers for escorts as they think it's all the same thing. No doubt certain people with vested interests will try to spin the story a certain way.

Not from what I can see.... most of em are a bit on the stocky side,,,lol
