Sickos that prey on vulnerable kids and sickos that run websites like the ones referenced in the article and seem to be allowed to get away with it.

While this is an extreme case of Cyber bullying and Harassment that lead to underage rape and death, it is very disturbing and worrying for kids and what they exposed to today on the internet.
