I should think it would make a difference. Sex with someone you love is always going to be different. To me the key to being a good escort is to put out the same level of passion and desire regardless to the fact that you are being paid for your time.

I know this may not apply to most but i genuinely feel the same level of intimacy and desire and passion with an escort.

There certainly is a difference, on an emotional level.
Being with an escort let's you leave any emotional baggage you may be carrying, and allows you to enjoy the pure pleasure of being with a sensuous woman.

It is largely the same for me regardless of escort or non escort, I have to have some sort of connection with the lady I am with. If it's not there with an escort the act does not get finished and we chat, simple really.
