I'd say the weather (i.e. pissing rain) has no effect on an escort's business. When a man is horny, he is going to try to get laid and a bit or rain is certainly not going to deter him. The weather certainly didn't stop me from seeing a lovely lady today!

The weather will certainly decide whether I see an escort or not - on a nice day I want to be outdoors and enjoy the sunshine. I am far more likely to go and see an escort on a cold wet day. I also see more escorts in the Winter.
