Yes it does matter. It means an escort is stealing some person's image for her own benefit. If it were simply a case of "anything goes" for unverified pictures, then by that logic what's to stop an unverified escort portraying herself as Angelina Jolie, Shakira or even a well known reputable escort on this site such as JJ or Lucy.
