We are unable to answer our phones all the time, what do you expect us to do if we are with a client, say 'excuse me' & answer the phone? Not exactly proffessional. I dont know ANY girl that answers her phone 24/7. Most girls have voicemail set, leave a message, she will ring when it's convenient for her to do so. Ringing non-stop does not get your call answered any sooner, infact usually the opposite. If a guy rings constantly every minute, alarm bells start ringing.
