Even the most considerate of punters and escortscan have things come up, and even if both sides do everything they can to avoid it happening, it will sometimes still happen. An unfortunate part of the process, I'm afraid.

But there's still no excuse for the blatant piss-takers and time-wasters that escorts have to deal with. It's been said on many threads over the years about how bad this phenomenon is in Ireland, with some ladies getting 7 or more no-shows booked in a single day.

I don't think it's fair to lump people that are late in with blatant time-wasters. The time-wasters do nothing more than purposely go out to ruin an escorts day. IMO when they make an appointment they have no intention in turning up. There is no other way to explain the amount of it in Ireland.

"Something came up" because these people fail to plan their day properly, they don't give themselves enough time to do anything correctly, you'll find that they probably do the same things with everything in their lives. I once went out with a girl that just refused to be on time for anything, it was pretty much what caused us to break up. I hate tardiness

For years bad time keeping got me mad - not now - I still arrive early for appointments whether business or social but invariably I am kept waiting. I always have something to read and a coffee or a beer to calm me down.

In Ireland, punctuality is demanded but not expected!
All too true, but having said that I certainly condemm the practice.
