As one of the longest standing members here I must voice my concern and horror that ya tool (tm Benin) maybe allowed to be used by the general public without the required trademark acknowledgement. It would be like coca cola (tm) allowing the use of their brand be used willy nilly. It has been in the constitution of EI for many years that the use 'ya tool' (tm Benin) is allowed only if stamped with the obligatory trademark. Many members have been infracted for using ya tool (tm Benin) without including the tm.... Some even banned... It's EI law, and to relax the law in this case will surely lead to posters expecting to use ya tool (tm benin) with only abusive intention.

Laws are laws and must be respected.

Infract yourself immediately. We cannot have the peasants thinking it's alright to use ya tool (tm Benin) without it's proper post note. Why... If this were allowed we may find posters enjoying the accolade of langer without due permissions.

There is only one tool on this boards and that is Benin.
