Default When things get you down!!!

Recently I've had something happen in my life that makes me feel shitty and sooo low... I've realises being a male and macho... I've no one to turn too... I've no one to confide with.

I've strange emotions flying around my head!!! I don't feel secure or steady! I'm scared about my thoughts... I'm lost. Im on an escort site completely anonymous to everyone seeking advice??? That's not right!!

Is there and chat room / forum that ye know of that I can talk with someone?? I'm really scared...

Brave face back on time to face the world :-/

we all have good and bad times in our life friend. if you have no one you can discuss this with maybe this forum can offer some advice.
if you want explain what happened to you and in my experience here you will get some genuine advice from good members but u may also get some smart ass comments but just ignore them. if it is really heavy depression maybe its time to visit doctor or call some of the help lines. one thing life has taught me, no matter how bad shit gets it all passes, and you will see a time when things are better just don't let it get on top of you, the fact you are wanting to talk about it is healthly.
    keep the faith

Agree with John and Dc Love. Depends whats causing this state of mind at the moment, there are some good organisations and helplines out there for most things. Agree with Doc, phone them at least they can point you in the right direction.

Definately the Samaritans are there to help.

Or if you're that way inclined your priest is there too.

I agree also, if its needed, some medical help from GP would help in the short term.

I would not recommend any medications but first thing to do is to split it all out.
Look around for someone who you can talk with professional or stranger and then the world will get better colors again.

the most important thing is to speak to someone, once it's out there what ever may be wrong seems a lot less worrying when a friend/family member/professional/Samaritans has rationalised it for you. Before you leave them decide on three things that you can do to tackle your problem then write them down, old school pen and paper, then start on these tasks. You'll feel a million percent better
