Best to ask when making the booking, gives the lady time to prepare. It can be a bit too late if you ask half way through a session, not everybody likes surprises.

You don't need to feel awkward asking you have 50/50 chances of answers there.

In my view the problem with A is that I have never seen a man saying that he is too big, it is never big enough (for them) but for the girl it can be.

I do A occasionally but I prefer to offer when I feel like doing it and when I consider that the size is ok for me whereas if I had in my favorites some could consider that I HAD to do it because it is listed and I never garantee A on the phone either because of the reason already said.
