Seems to me that some of these people may not only require a reminder to clean their nether region but also require a step-by-step guide on how to wash themselves properly.

It's not just in Ireland. I've had skid marks on my bedding in the UK.
I always offer a shower to clients - as I have just stepped out of mine when they arrive. I have been so disgusted with guys saying 'I washed this morning' or 'I washed before I came over' when they have had to drive over to me.
