I think it's called 'Totalitarianism', but with a corporate face; corporations don't need governments, it's the other way around now. If corporations provide the jobs that governments can then tax its citizens, why should corporation pay taxes? Taxes are for the 'Little people.

They are legally required to pay taxes, everyone (including the other big firms) else has to do it, with a little adjusting of course .
