Lets define irritating shall we.

Irritate: to provoke impatience, anger, or displeasure in.

Those who frequent the other site will know clearly what this word means. As far as I can see it is a site of irritation. It is a site of few posters, a handful of well established long-term posters, a handful of n00bs forced to post there because they were dishonourably discharged from here and a handful of other n00bs who followed friends over. I fit into the latter. I can tell you that there was no welcome when I joined the other site, not like the way we welcome new posters here. There seems to be a contingent of established posters that seen reluctant to want anyone to upset the applecart. Play by our rules and you are in, go against us and we will banish you.

Now don’t get me wrong, some of these established posters are friends of mine, and are great guys, just not as friendly in THAT environment, as I was used to enjoying here. The amount of un-moderated abuse and slander is astonishing at times. It can at times be a challenge to see who can be the most abusive or slanderous. It is in Dannyboys character not to withstand this and hence he provoked anger. His adamant resilience provoked impatience hence causing eventual displeasure. So there you have it, he is now deemed irritating. But ONLY irritating to those select few, the few that like, and prefer the status quo. Danny has a style of posting, as I do, as we all do… I must be provoking anger in this post, so therefore I am also irritating. So is it fair to conclude that at times we are all irritating?..

To make a fleeting statement that one is irritating out of context and without just cause is wrong Sam, especially from a person of authority and influence.. unless of course one is also of the same mindset of the select few…
