    Default Help!!

    Breakfast is at 9:30 am sharp. What should I have? The choice is between Corn Flakes (with slices of banana and of course milk) or tea and toast (with butter or maybe melted cheese).

    Boots porridge and honey , and your sorted , soak overnight and rince in the morning before cooking .gets rid of all the starch .: doc

    right jumboBreakfast sorts out the morning hunger and the hang overs .. if not that then

    2 slices of bread toasted 3 sausage 3 rashers 2 runnie eggs and bit of butter .. and big glass of milk ........ burp .... fart .. and enjoy ...

    Btw... Why are we on about breakfast at 1:15 in the morning??? Seriously Boots... I haven't even had supper yet!
