Sounds awesome yes, but I don't like the sound of how the girls were treated... "After each such encounter the women were stamped on the lower arm in order to keep track of how often each woman was frequented". Maybe it's just me but that doesn't show much respect to them in my books...

I get your drift mate an unfortunate choice of words by the writer but I read it as just a way of keeping count of how much each individual lady would be paid.
