Animal cruelty is one of the absolute worst things somebody can do. It amazes me that the law isnt a hell of a lot tougher on these heartless assholes.

Incidents like this are why I need to be given personal extra-judicial powers to kill anyone I like in whatever manner I like and not suffer any legal recrimination.
