Two very good reasons for a man to do aerobics
This is a take on Wigmans thread "Why would a man want to do yoga?" (Sorry to hijack your idea mate, but I've no imagination)
Well I don't know about yoga, but it reminded me of this aerobics video - and I don't need any encouragement to post spanking material! As for the two good reasons....if you have to ask then you're on the wrong site!
