For me the worst thing is blatantly obvious clock-watching. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with this was when a girl (who after other bad reviews and a thread or 2 about her on the boards prompted her to opt-out of reviews) was not only constantly checking her wristwatch, but actually had her mobile under the pillow set to give a 'beep' at the 30 min, 15 min, and 5 min remaining marks! I never felt so put-off in a punt before.

Maybe I dislike this the most because in this specific case, the clockwatching was truly over the top, but lack of good communication and 'false advertising' in listed favourites are also a big turn-off for me.
