    Unhappy Do you like workout?

    What kind of exercises you are making?running, swim etc how often?
    I ve to say I think too many people eat now on fast foods like americans just look at the street. I think is depends from culture like on my country many people cooking health food but here I think people don't ve time? It's scary fat baby fat teenager fat old and die for heart attack or sth in 50years. Many years ago people eat fresh health and usally live up to 70 years..it's so sad

    yes damn to 2 all the biscuit makers in the world.from toffee pops 2 jaffa cakes 2 fig rolls i jus gotta av em all. i tell ya i would look good if i didnt eat so many biscuits,i do work out a bit to though and you can only imagine how i would look if i didnt work out..
    oh how can i stay mad at those biscuit makers..love u

    Push ups, crunches and weights. I would prolly be shredded if not for my shocking diet.

    Yeh my diet isnt the best either..mmm big mac...lol....have a bit more relaxed muscle around the middrift then i would like lol..and havent done much exercise in the last few weeks but its good to keep in some form active...

    yes, 2 or 3 times a week. After work, it's a great way to unwind. And the view is not too bad either. lol
