    I try and work out every second day which includes cardio work and weights and targeting different muscle groups in each workout..exercising and working out is great..like a natural high

    Yeh my diet isnt the best either..mmm big mac...lol....have a bit more relaxed muscle around the middrift then i would like lol..and havent done much exercise in the last few weeks but its good to keep in some form active...

    i don't go too much to the gym,i don't have time,but i would like too. my work keep me fit
    anyway,i eat healty,i try to sleep well,don't drink alchool,don't smoke...i have chances to live a few years more...no?
