Politically Correct
We all have our boundaries, and that is natural and normal. However, are we becoming a society led by our true feelings, or a society led by the feelings we are allowed to express without censure? Or worse, a scoiety led by the feelings we think would gain us most respect from our peers?
I hate trolls and I have equal contempt for those who post with the intention to upset. However, with any cross section of society we are bound to have diverse and possibly distasteful opinions. This can lead to serious and vehement debate, which in my opinion when moderated well is informative and interesting. This can also lead to misunderstanding and dispute, and of course people who go too far should be censured. Where is the line though?
