Tricking a person into giving consent does not substantiate rape. However if during intercourse he tells the lady that he wants his money back, and she withdraws consent and he continues with intercourse, then rape occurs from this point on.
A lady reporting a crime must always be truthful, as she may leave herself open to a charge of
'perverting/ attempting to pervert the course of justice'.
The best way to punish these people is to discover what was said or did to get the money back.
For example if he said 'I'm going to kill you if you don't give me that money', then he has committed an offence of 'threats to kill', which is an arrestable offence in it's own right.
At the very least a house visit will be made, if not an arrest and an in-depth discussion at the local police station.
Whoever these people are, they will get their just reward in time!
