    Default Super Injunctions

What do you all think about those super injunctions taken out by footballers and actors? Do you think people in the public eye should use human rights legislation to protect their infidelities?

Thank god for Twitter, now they are all being outed on there it's nice to know the 50 to 100 grand they are spending on these super injunctions is totally wasted.

I think people deserve their privacy. If paying for an injunction is the only way to try and ensure it then why not. The laws are there to protect people. Celebrity or not.

I have to agree with you. I'm not well know and would not like to be 'outed' so how is a celeb any different.

I agree with Heather on this one. It's amazing how moralistic the media is about exposing celebrities indisgressions! Truth is, the media wouldn't know "a good moral" if it hit them on the face! At the end of the day - it's all about selling papers.

I do believe in freedom of the media, but wish the media would be less hypocritical about their motivations, and also more responsible about peoples lives.

Would someone like to save me the trouble of trawling the net and tell me who the footballer is and that married English actor also?

    Thanks in advance

I find it blood hilarious but that being said, if I was married and someone was going to expose the fact I was using escorts or having an affair I might find myself siding with the celebrities. Never understood the fascination with knowing who was sleeping with who anyway!!!

I don't find it hilarious. The press don't give a monkeys that celebrities have children and families who will be affected by stories.
When I see celebrity mags I just wonder who buys that crap.

What I find hilarious is not the fact that these people are being outed by the press and families etc. are being hurt. It's that after all the trouble that they went to, to get a Super Injunction, some person has released all the info on Twitter.
