    Default speed vans

    passed speed well over the limit, does there have to be a flash and does the lights have to be turned on inside?
    any time i seen vans lights were on inside and u could see in, this van was black dark and there was no flash.
    Am i safe??

    If they used a speed gun, then it's probable that you wouldn't have seen a flash. It normally takes about two weeks (as far as I know) to hear anything. If you don't hear anything after that, than I would say you're safe.

    It should have flashed twice you may have got away with it if you didn't see a flash.

    I am faced with the same problem in my area .To the point I had to buy a radar detector.It does the trick perfectly.....

    I assume it was dark, if so, no flash no photo. You'll be ok as long as it wasn't a well lit area where they wouldn't have needed the flash on.
    Think M50 toll bridge, it's taking pics all night with no flash.
