Don't listen to the Alexa, Jervis street is awful unless you want to go to M&S or get some fast food!!! If you're shopping in the city centre then the only place to go is Grafton St. As well as exclusive brands in Brown Thomas & BT2 you also have your run of the mill high street fashions in Top Shop and others, not to mention Zara and H&M just around the corner by the Gaiety.

It really depends what you're looking for Alexa. One of my favourite stores is Arnotts on Henry street. You can get everything from clothes to bedding to kitchenware and electrical appliances. And they are one of the few stores left in Ireland that understand the concept of "service".
They're not as upmarket as some other stores like Brown Thomas' but I think Arnotts provides great value by Irish standards.
(Personally I think BT's is a complete rip off! I get most of my designer gear when I'm visiting the U.S.)

Alexa it depends on what r U looking for!
Dublin is a complete rip off for me...have some casual clothes from Forever21 ok quality and price.
The other day i was looking for a dress for friends wedding, found one in Arnotts price was 90eur, but i checked the companys website as they didnt have the size, and the dress was delivered for 35pounds instead!Much better deals on internet!!!!
Aer Lingus do have some reasonable fares to New York,I rather save for a ticket and do a shopping and city trip for couple of days cant compare the choices and the prices Victorias Secret on 5th ave....hmmmmmm plus Aint no city like New York City!!!!
Ps Pavilions in Swords have Tk Maxx as well and i find it better than in Stephens Green, at least less crowded

I hate Tk maxx on stephens green... to many people...and i never find my sizes...i understand that a lot of women have 2sizes more than me.. but "we" with the XS size exist too... when i wanna have a little bit of fun..i always go to United Colours of Benetton and by something for me..from the children area, same products but much cheaper )

Truth be told I'm a thrift store junkie; I can't tell you the countless times I've gone into the charity shops along South Great Georges St in Dublin after a shopping spree in BT- the looks on the other shoppers faces are priceless. My Grandmother put me wide to thrift stores, and I continue to visit them no matter how much money I have in my pocket-you find the most amazing things, at the most amazing prices
