Most of the users read about it in a national newspaper, why not create a couple of fake profiles on ES/EE/EW, employ 4-5 people to post there and then get a PR company to plant a few stories in the papers. Granted your initial posters will be "fake" but they can gradually stop posting and let the site grow with local posters from there.
