Good morning everyone. Fitness regime has taken a turn for the worse. Played squash last night and woke this morning with severe leg and bum muscle pain, that sore had to sit down for my morning pee then roll of toilet fall on to floor and crawl to edge of bath and pull my self up.
Now running bath to soak in. Looks like I will be late for work.

Good Morning Folks,

Today will be quiet. A chance to deal with paperwork and respond to emails. Also, will think about who to visit for my next few appointments. Better get sending off those pm's.

Legs, buy a tube of Biofreeze from Boots. It will really help with the muscle pain.

Morning all!!

Looks like the weather has taken a turn for the worse

- back to the dull, wet mornings (in Dublin anyway). Have had a frenetic week and still another two days to go before the weekend! But have to peservere and like the Hobbyist, the thoughts of which lovely lady I might get to see this weekend keeps me going.
