Does Osama Bin Laden's Death Make America Safer ?

I don't believe so. Bin Laden was a figurehead for al qaeda, so his followers will want retaliation for his death. As the US killed him, they will be the main target. As has already been said, it's going to be hard to deter these fundamentalists from strapping a bomb to themselves, walking into somewhere & detonating it.

America is in my opinion the biggest terrorist organisation in the world. The exploitation in Latin America, a problem closer to home should be concentrated on. America should also make ties with cuba again, the missile crisis was a long time ago and the trade embargo has punished cubans enough.
