    Default What...

colour car do you drive? Just putting this out there FBOFW.

Is the car colour a major selling point when you purchase? Ones you avoid or are drawn to?

I drive a mint green car. I like it. I would avoid only the colour white. It's declasse IMO.

    You?

It used to be metallicky dark blue up until last month, but now it's metallicky dark green. For years I didn't think I would be able to drive a car that wasn't metallicky dark blue, but hey ho.

Charcoal. I hate it. It always looks like a black one that needs a wash.
    I wouldn't buy a yellow one.

Black at the minute, which is really hard to keep clean so has a permanent coating of dust!
    Anything other than red really.

theqm, why is black hard to keep clean? It seems counter-intuitive.

And does anybody drive a convertible? What is the price diff between ordinary and convertible, same model? Is it worth it in this climate? Looks cool though, two weeks a year.

this is one of those subjects i know a bit about:

red is the most popular vehicle colour
white is least attractive in the secondhand market
beige and beige metallic is the most problematic as regards matching.

colour would greatly affect my choice, i appreciate all colours,
but i suppose grey metallics would be my preference:

Statistically, a white car is more likely to be involved in an accident too. Red, least likely.

Black shows every speck of dust and every mark and as far as repairing it goes its a pig for the very same reasons the surface preparation has to be meticulous much harder than other colors.

I wont have a green car was nearly killed by one could never entertain one since
