I think that films really should not go past trilogies.

I would say it's one film too far. The first one was the only real good one and should have stopped at that. Then there was the silly spin off Tokyo drift. Paul Walker is a bad actor who should be in bad American soaps. Vin Diesal is the only good thing about those films. It's just like watching repeats.
