    most lots wnet for 20-30% ABOVE reserve and this was supposed to be a firesale! and some places have no plumbing!!!

    yes hard to understand that!! maybe its the macho thing where a bidding war gets going
    a dublin 7 apmt with reserve of 85k went 135k,
