Default Should the Trusted Review status be abolished?

There have been many debates surrounding the validity of the Trusted Reviewer status; some people have said that it encourages punters to try and get discounts for positive reviews, others feel that pimps are taking advantage of this to promote escorts through false references and fake reviews. However, there are TR badge holders that can be trusted, and this might simply be a case of one or two individuals spoiling a good thing.

The question is, do we abolish the system completely?

Please cast your votes. This poll will stand for one week and we shall take whatever action is required based on the results.

The whole review system is so open to abuse it would be better to scratch it.

    This ^

Can't help thinking it's partly a status symbol anyway, apart from that.

I think it should be kept, but maybe in a slightly moderated format.
There have been several threads about this, with some good suggestions for how to improve it, including Jamescork's one, that seem to have been largely ignored by management.

There is no perfect system, and regardless of the badge, offers of good reviews can be used as a barter for discounts, by unscrupulous people. I personally don't care if it is abolished, but I think it would be a shame if some modifications weren't tried first.

These ideas weren't ignored, they were discussed. It's nigh on impossible to make TR's 100% reliable, and there's that many people against them, we are giving the public the option to vote it in or out. If it's kept in, then phase 2 can commence.

If some guys are using it to obtain discounts/freebies etc as has been mentioned then that in my eyes is abuse of the escort.
Anything that leads to any abuse should be abolished, they have enough to deal with.

I assume that if you have had complaints from more than one source the badges have already been removed?

Thank you for starting this poll Sam.

This isn't a good thing, for those TR's that are thouroughly decent, and there are alot of those. So apologies to you decent guys for what I am about to say. I can catergorically say though, the badge is being abused by a few. Perhaps they didnt start out that way, perhaps they dont even see the things that they do as abuse, but at the end of the day girls are feeling pressured by certain TR's, to allow longer time, to bend over backwards, in short to act in a way that perhaps would not be their normal service. Which, in my opinion, means you arent really getting a review of a normal service that any client would get. On that basis, and that alone, I would like to see it ended.

Another point and one I have heard mentioned many times from gentleman here is that they only ''trust'' their personal favourite reviewers anyway. I doubt that it will effect their opinion if there is a badge or not. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who takes the time to review, you help us a great deal.

Why can't it be replaced with a 'My Favourite Reviewers' page?
I'd do a poll, but I'm too lazy to bother.
