I myself had a wonderful morning.. Not a 20 k bike ride but, started off with a great shag then a 5 k jog and then a nice breakfast... then it turned sour when I read the front page of the limerick leader about a horrific and prolonged attack on an innocent goat by a gang of boys as young as 8 years old. Dear god what is this world coming too??

Ohh trust me I consume way more than just a donut a day. It takes at least 3 meals a day for a bum like this I just can't find a delivery to D9 and am not fussed to go searching outside. That would be exercise which we know I'm not fond off!
You'd be surprised actually I do get some rather brilliant work outs at work. I actually had to call and cancel an appointment the other day in Belfast as I was too bloody knackered and it was only 2pm!

Scanned my lotto ticket at lunch in spar and won a scratch card . Pff i thought . Got my chicken roll , coke and crisps . Wanted spicy but got plain chicken ,grr, anyway down the hatch it went followed by the crips and topped off with a loud belch from the coke . Had a smoke and scratched the card i won . One fifty , two fifties , THREE fifties ....happy days . Popped back into spar , got winnings and went next door to bookies . 25 e/w on Hello Bud @33/1 . Tomorrow could be a very good day i hope !

Me I woke up with a slight hangover. Went for a walk, had ice cream . Walked past a beauty place... thought I'll get my eyelashes tinted.... then I ended up having a facial too. what a lovely day.

The amount of really fatty foods I had from there is huge, until recently when I learnt to order more healthy choices, from Yami Thai & Sushi (soup and Sushi of course).
