Ohh trust me I consume way more than just a donut a day. It takes at least 3 meals a day for a bum like this I just can't find a delivery to D9 and am not fussed to go searching outside. That would be exercise which we know I'm not fond off!
You'd be surprised actually I do get some rather brilliant work outs at work. I actually had to call and cancel an appointment the other day in Belfast as I was too bloody knackered and it was only 2pm!

There are just some days when life seems perfect and they are usually the days you manage to keep things simple.

Today is one of those days -

Woke up early and felt great, went for a 20K bike ride in lovely weather. Came home and took the garden furniture out of storage. Made a fab lunch, melon and serrano ham followed by a warm chicken salad.

Sat for a while in the sun, wearing just shorts and drank a nice cup of coffee.

Feel great - just a perfect day so far.

Lucky auld me is on the 6am to midnight shift, haven't even seen the sun never mind a bloody beer garden !

I myself had a wonderful morning.. Not a 20 k bike ride but, started off with a great shag then a 5 k jog and then a nice breakfast... then it turned sour when I read the front page of the limerick leader about a horrific and prolonged attack on an innocent goat by a gang of boys as young as 8 years old. Dear god what is this world coming too??

was reading that alrite fucking awful ..I feed a cat who comes around to my place for months came in last weekend sat on my window wouldnt move ate nothing I knew he was in trouble gave 50 to the vet he said hes clearly been kicked in the belly & put him down I know who did it 7 year old scumbags I'd gas them giving half a chance..

I love animals of all kinds dog and cats..I am jogging the flora in aid of dspca as I live in dublin. I will set up a paypal account soon and I will match whatever I can raise. They are so in need of the money. If I was rich I wouldlive in the country and have loads of rescue creatures great and small...
