i was reading yesterday about gardai staking
out an apartment. i didn't give it much thought.

but then i thought what if they knew something about
a situation that you could not know. would they bang you up?

Knowing the law in this country, more than likely..personally I think they should have been in the apartment not sitting outside waiting to nick some one who has no idea....just another fine example of the way things are done in this country warmcome. Although its one of them very few topics that Im not highly educated in . PMSL

Dont think they would bang you up if they found you in the middle of a session, how wer you supposed to no that the girl was trafficked, also fone records would show that you are a punter and not a pimp

"In proceedings for an offence under this section it shall be a defence for the defendant to prove that he or she did not know and had no reasonable grounds for believing, that the person in respect of whom the offence was committed was a trafficked person."

The Ruhama video is stupid and offensive, portraying Irish men as laughing rapists etc. But the law is reasonable. If you visit a woman you suspect may be trafficked, you should leave, and report it.
