proper action would be to ban people like this from using E-I in the first place (not the boards, I mean the advertising section). Not only do they try and con punters, they also try their best to ruin the reputation of other escorts who also happen to be your clients.

At worst it'll cost you a few quid by not accepting their adverts. It will also set a marker for future trouble makers, let them know that if they interfere with other peoples business then they will loose the ability to advertise themselves.
