    Default Fake photo reports

So, seeing as none of my photo reports for escort profiles like this: https://www.escort-ireland.com/19068...sh-escort.html and I am told E-I isn't interested in these kinds of photos, then I will have to ask.

This picture https://www.escort-ireland.com/u_ima...sc_2_19068.jpg is obviously from here:
Back of young woman getting a spa treatment | Royalty Free Stock Photo Image | iStockphoto.com.

Now the digital image rights needs to be licensed from Stock Photography: Search Royalty Free Images & Photos | iStockphoto.com or the specific licenses is here: Stock Photography: Search Royalty Free Images & Photos | iStockphoto.com. Now by adding the E-I logo to these photos am I correct in thinking you are actually going against the license and hereby contributing to breaking the law on this.

Just a few specific ones from their webpage Stock Photography: Search Royalty Free Images & Photos | iStockphoto.com
    License restrictions

Here is what you cannot do with either a Standard or Extended license:Prohibited uses for both Standard and Extended license
    Online "print-on-demand" products
Use in any logo or trademark
    Pornographic, obscene or libelous works
Use that depicts personal endorsement by model
Use that depicts model in a sensitive way i.e. mental or physical health issues, substance abuse, criminal behavior, sexual activity or preference without a disclaimer.
Sub-license, give away, share or otherwise transfer stand-alone images/files
Displaying an original image digitally on-screen larger than 800 x 600 pixels; video image size limitation is 640 x 480. Any size reproduction is acceptable with substantial changes to the content.

For the complete list of prohibitions read the Content License Agreement. Questions? Contact Support.
There are plenty of these out there, so I simply cannot agree that the pictures used in this and many of the similar photo reports I've posted, shouldn't be posted as fake photo reports and the images removed. You are infringing on digital image rights and copyrights in many instances, surely that shouldn't be allowed.

There aren't any women in any of those profile photos, so it doesn't create a misleading impression of what she looks like.

“I wish you wouldn’t keep appearing and vanishing so suddenly; you make one quite giddy!”
“All right,” said the Cat; and this time it vanished quite slowly, beginning with the end of the tail, and ending with the grin, which remained some time after the rest of it had gone.

I think a little slack can be applied when its pictures relating to massage but not of the escort who will be offering that service, pics of containers of massage oil etc are not valid thing to have a report activated on, if the ad is a female and any pic of a female comes back via tineye, that is valid but when its a massage only escort then they tend to use pics of flowers or hands on some guys back.

To be fair, I removed any pictures of women from these profiles. I did tell you this via PM, but it seems that this information was left out in your original post.

I didn't mention pictures of females at all. You did explain this to me in pm, which is why I didn't bring it up here. I brought up one specific point here. That of digital image rights/copyright of pictures and then posted one instance to show my point. Not sure why you decide to bring in pictures of females, because that isn't what my opening post is about.

It just seemed like a rant about your reports not being dealt with and it and to me it was construed as if we had complete apathy for your reports. If the escorts decide to upload these pictures and you feel it's breaching copyright issues, feel free to report them to their original owners. The fact the Tineye shows so many hits for these pictures shows that it isn't just the escorts here that are infringing these rights.

Ok, I'll start sending emails to the copyright holders instead of posting fake pics reports. Thanks for showing me that this is the way to go instead.

Copyright infringement goes on all the time. For example I expect a very large number of people here have avatars that are pictures they have found online somewhere, they don't own those pictures and in theory somebody could complain their copyright has been infringed. I'm not worried about this, but as a company we have to have a responsible attitude to copyright. We ask our users not to infringe copyright, and if we get any complaints that we are hosting any material that infringes anyone's copyright we have to look at that complaint and take appropriate action. We also can't willfully engage in any practices that would clearly be in breach of copyright law.
Sam, how do you interpret this post by Patricia? Seeing as this is exactly the point I raise above.

as there is no watermark on the image maybe it was actually bought from iStock? You can purchase it for between $0.95 and $2.85. I'm not saying that the person that posted the image actually did buy it but they might of.
