You know the Worlds a big place,just because Ireland is fucked up,alot of countries are doing well.Look beyond our shores,i have made more money in this recession than i did in the last 3 years before global crisis.

If you have the stomach for it, I reckon property, properly researched, could do well in the long term. Some properties which were going for over a million in the good times are now seeking bids c. 300 000.
