Being able to hold a conversation with an escort

Not long ago I contacted an escort by phone. Unfortunately , her english was so bad that it really was not possible to hold any level of conversation with her at all. I really dont understand how it is possible for an escort to work here for any length of time and in any way successfully, if she is unable to communicate in a meaningful way ? It must be unbearably difficult and yet presumably guys must book these ladies in order for them to stay here. I could not attend a booking unless I could communicate with the lady. Does it not bother some ?
