Hiya Erika
Is ur being bored anything to do with stopping smoking? If it is then it would b really great to find some small distraction like stress balls or Sudoku in case ur mind tricks u and before u realise it u reach for a cigarette. Or maybe something silly like learning at least 5 new words a day?
